By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. If a payment is flagged as fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your purchase under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 as follows:

  • Digital Products: You may cancel within 14 days unless you have downloaded or accessed the content.

  • Services: You may cancel within 14 days unless the service has been performed.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Exceptions to the right to cancel include:
